By booking an appointment, attending a session, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Services
-
Physology Ltd provides complementary therapy services, including myofascial release and fascia treatment, aimed at supporting pain relief, mobility, and wellbeing.
-
Our services are not medical treatment, diagnosis, or cure for any medical condition.
-
We do not provide medical advice, prescribe medication, or act as a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional (e.g., GP, consultant, or physiotherapist).
-
Clients with medical conditions (including fibromyalgia, chronic pain, or any diagnosed illness) should consult their doctor before booking. We may require GP approval for certain conditions.
2. Appointments and Booking
-
Appointments are booked via our website, phone, or email.
-
Full payment (or deposit where applicable) is required at booking unless otherwise agreed.

You must complete a health intake form honestly and fully before your first session. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of treatment.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
-
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
-
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full session fee.
-
Refunds are at our discretion and exclude any non-refundable deposits or third-party booking fees.
-
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments (e.g., due to illness) with as much notice as possible and will offer a full refund or alternative date.
4. During Treatment
-
You must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session with full fee charged.
-
Treatment involves hands-on manual therapy. You will remain partially clothed (comfortable loose clothing recommended). You may undress to your comfort level and will always be appropriately draped.
-
You may stop treatment or request adjustments at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment if we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate.
