Requests, issues, and suggestions

Physology Ltd is committed to ensuring that our services and website are accessible to all clients and visitors, regardless of disability. We strive to meet the needs of people with disabilities in line with the Equality Act 2010 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.

Physical Accessibility – Our Clinic in Bath

Our treatment facility is designed to be welcoming and accessible:

  • Wheelchair access: The clinic has step-free entry, wide doorways, and a fully accessible treatment room on the ground floor.

  • Accessible toilet: Available on-site.

  • Free parking: Dedicated accessible parking spaces are provided free of charge directly outside or adjacent to the clinic entrance.

  • Assistance available: Staff are happy to assist with entry, transfers, or any other needs—please let us know in advance if required.

If you have specific access requirements, please contact us before your visit so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Website Accessibility

We are actively working to make Physology as accessible as possible. Current features and ongoing efforts include:

  • Clear headings and logical page structure for screen reader users.

  • Alt text descriptions for important images.

  • High-contrast text and resizable font options.

  • Keyboard-navigable menus and forms.

  • Compatibility with popular screen readers.

We use the Wix platform, which provides built-in accessibility tools, and we regularly test and improve the site.

Known limitations (as of December 2025): Some third-party elements (e.g., embedded booking widgets or videos) may have partial accessibility. We are working with providers to improve these.
