Refund and Cancellation Policy
 

At Physology Ltd, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, the following policy applies to all appointments:
 

• Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice (by phone, email, or through your booking confirmation).

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee.

• We reserve the right to require payment of any outstanding missed-session fees before accepting future bookings.

• Late arrivals: Sessions will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. No refund or extension will be provided for time lost due to lateness.

• Refunds for paid appointments (where applicable) are issued at our discretion and processed within 14 days, minus any non-refundable deposits or third-party fees.
   

If you need to cancel or have special circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll always try to be understanding.
